HEOW Presents in Astoria Queens

Health Education on Wheels presented at the Peter J. Dellamonica Older Adult Center. Topic: heart disease and diabetes - two very interconnected metabolic and inflammatory conditions that take hundreds of thousands of lives each year. We are simplifying important health information and as new knowledge on these topics arise, we are remaining timely and relevant.
